Ukphoneshop.com offer their customers next day delivery, please note this normally does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. We use the royal mail next day special delivery service. If because of events beyond our control e.g. credit checking or stock availability issues next working day is not possible, we will make contact with you ASAP. Please try and give us a reliable contact number should we need to contact you. To enjoy next day delivery you must place your order before 2.30pm

If for any reason you are not in when the postman calls (normally between 7am and 1pm) a postcard will be left at your home advising that you can collect your mobile phone or mobile phone accessories from your local depot.

Subject to availability mobile phone accessory orders will be dispatched within 3/5 working days and if the order is below £50 in value the normal recorded delivery service will be used.

Unless previously arranged we will only make deliveries to your residential address. If we can be made happy with the security arrangements we will consider delivering to your place of work. Please phone our sales line if you want further information about a different delivery address.

Deliveries to Northern Scotland and other offshore destinations may take up to 3 working days.
